Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items purchased on our website within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Full Refund: We will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3 business days.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition or if the return is not initiated within the specified timeframe.
  • Sale items and clearance items may be final sale and non-returnable. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.

Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges for returned items. However, you can return the unwanted item and use your full refund or store credit towards a new order for the desired product.

Warranty Claims

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: #G21, Sangkat Preysar, Khan Dangkor, Phmom Penh.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
