Returns

Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance.

Refunds

Full Refund: We will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3 business days.
Store Credit: We will issue you store credit for the full value of the returned item(s). This credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.

Please noted:

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
We reserve the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition or if the return is not initiated within the specified timeframe.
Sale items and clearance items may be final sale and non-returnable. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges for returned items. However, you can return the unwanted item and use your full refund or store credit towards a new order for the desired product.

Warranty Claims

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
